Accendra Health cut its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook after terminated commercial payer contracts drove most of a third-quarter revenue decline, with annual sales now expected at the bottom end of its prior range.

The revised forecast puts adjusted EBITDA up to 30% below the midpoint of the company’s former outlook, previously set at $310 million, according to the company’s earnings release. For fiscal 2026, management points to the lower bound of its earlier $2.45 billion to $2.55 billion revenue forecast. The release said further details of the company’s value-creation plan are expected in the coming months.

Management said during the Nov. 5 call that it expects fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA to be around the third quarter’s $47.8 million result.

Accendra’s third-quarter net revenue was $601.8 million, compared with $697.3 million in the same period of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure calculated outside generally accepted accounting principles, was $47.8 million, down from $92.2 million. The company reported a continuing-operations loss of $18 million, compared with a $5.6 million loss a year earlier.

In its Form 10-Q filing, Accendra said terminated commercial payer contracts reduced revenue by $82 million year over year, accounting for most of the $95.5 million total decline.

The company said it expects to provide more information about its value-creation plan in the coming months, but did not give a date for that update.
