Ms. Bolling is a licensed lawyer and she is admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. Ms. Bolling joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President and Interim Counsel before becoming Interim Executive Vice-President and Interim General Counsel. She later became Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Counsel Officer. In that position, she became engaged in management of the Company while also providing legal advice. Ms. Bolling was appointed General Counsel to oversee the Company's Office of the Counsel. Prior to becoming counsel for the company, Ms. Bolling gained valuable legal experience as a defense lawyer handling civil and criminal litigation as an associate with a Charlotte area law firm. As General Counsel, Ms. Bolling directly oversees and handles all legal matters for the Company including the management of outside counsel relationships.
