Data released so far

  • UK - According to BRC, retail sales jumped up 2.6% in January from a year ago.
  • Australia - National Australia Bank's business confidence dropped to 2 in January and business condition dropped to 5.

Upcoming 

  • Japan - Machine Tool orders will be released at 6:00 GMT.
  • Switzerland - Unemployment rate will be released at 6:45 GMT.
  • Germany - Industrial production will be released at 7:00 GMT. Trade balance will be released along for December.
  • France - Budget will be announced at 7:45 GMT.
  • UK - Trade balance for December will be released at 9:30 GMT.
  • Greece - Greece will announce industrial production at 10:00 GMT.
  • Portugal - Portugal will announce trade balance for December and unemployment rate for fourth quarter.
  • US - Redbook index will be released at 12:55 GMT, followed by JOLTS job openings and wholesale inventories at 15:00 GMT.
  • New Zealand - Electronic card sales for January will be released at 21:45 GMT.
  • Auctions - US will auction 1 month bills at 16:30 GMT and 3 year note at 18:00 GMT.
