Lot of economic dockets scheduled for today, however some with high risks associated.

Data released so far -

  • Australia - Consumer inflation expectation softened slightly to 3.4% in March from 3.6% prior.
  • UK - RICS house price balance for February came at 50%.
  • China - Consumer price index rose by 2.3% in February from a year ago, while producer prices declined by -4.9%.

 Upcoming -  

  • France - Non-farm payroll report for fourth quarter will be released at 6:30 GMT. Industrial output for December will be released at 7:45 GMT
  • Germany - Trade balance for January will be released at 7:00 GMT.
  • Spain - Retail sales for January will be released at 8:00 GMT.
  • Italy - unemployment report will be released at 9:00 GMT.
  • Greece - Consumer price index for February will be released at 10:00 GMT.
  • Euro Zone - ECB will announce monetary policy decision at 12:45 GMT, followed by press conference at 13:30 GMT.
  • Canada - New house price index will be released at 13:30 GMT.
  • US - US will announce weekly jobless claims report at 13:30 GMT. EIA will announce natural gas inventory report at 15:30 GMT.
  • Canada - Bank of Canada (BoC) governor Stephen Poloz is scheduled to speak at 21:15 GMT.
  • New Zealand - Business PMI will be released at 21:30 GMT, followed by food price index at
  • Auctions - US will auction 30 year bond at 18:00 GMT.
