TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 17, 2017 -- The board of directors of HCI Group, Inc. (NYSE:HCI), a holding company primarily engaged in homeowners insurance, with additional operations in reinsurance, real estate and information technology, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 35 cents per common share for the first quarter of 2017, which represents a 16.7 percent increase over the previous quarterly rate of 30 cents.
The dividend will be paid March 17, 2017 to shareholders of record on the close of business February 17, 2017.
