HM Treasury has issued guidance for teams preparing project and program business cases, advising them to match the use of its Green Book framework to each proposal’s scale, cost, complexity and risk.

Published Oct. 28, the 17-page PDF is titled Proportionality: Guidance for business cases. It describes how teams can adjust the development and presentation of cases for projects and programs.

HM Treasury says readers should use the document alongside its separate guidance on developing business cases.
