Hasbro, Inc. raised its 2026 revenue and earnings outlook after third-quarter revenue advanced 15% to $1.595 billion, as Magic: The Gathering growth and tariff refunds supported the results.

Net earnings attributable to Hasbro reached $394.5 million, or $2.77 per diluted share, compared with $233.2 million, or $1.64 per share, a year earlier. Operating profit totaled $517.3 million, up from $341.1 million. The quarter also included about $55 million in refunds for tariffs paid in an earlier year. Hasbro disclosed the results in an earnings release attached to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 20.

Magic: The Gathering generated $616.1 million in revenue, up from $459.4 million. Hasbro partly linked the increase to larger initial print and distribution runs, and said the franchise had its first quarter with revenue above $600 million. Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming revenue rose 31% to $747.2 million, while Consumer Products revenue increased 4% to $827.9 million.

Hasbro now expects full-year revenue growth of 7% to 9% in constant currency, up from its prior range of 5% to 7%. Its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) forecast rose to $1.575 billion to $1.625 billion from $1.45 billion to $1.50 billion.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Gina Goetter said about $40 million in Magic revenue expected in the fourth quarter was recognized in the third. She said the shift included Reality Fracture and backlist revenue. Hasbro also identified higher royalties and input costs as pressures. Goetter expects Consumer Products’ fourth-quarter margin to be below the third-quarter level.

The company raised its 2026 share repurchase target to $400 million from $200 million. Its board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 2 to shareholders of record Nov. 18.
