(OTC: HCGS), announced today that Andrew Blott, currently serving as Director of the Company, will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee. Bill Buckley, Director and former Audit Committee Chair, has resigned from the board effective Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Mr. Buckley has agreed to remain with the Company as a strategic advisor.
