Honeywell’s offer letter set a $6.4 million annual compensation target for Honeywell Aerospace Inc.’s chief financial officer, Josh Jepsen, excluding separate cash and equity signing awards.

The letter, dated Jan. 16, 2026, was filed with the SEC before Honeywell spun off its aerospace business. Honeywell Aerospace completed the separation on June 29 and began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol HONA.

Jepsen’s base salary is $1 million. His annual incentive target matches that amount, while long-term incentives account for the remaining $4.4 million. The combined figure is a target, not a record of what he earned.

The letter also provides a $1.525 million cash signing bonus and equity awards valued at $10 million on their grant date. Both sit outside the annual compensation target.

In a later filing, Honeywell Aerospace reported granting Jepsen a 2026 long-term incentive award valued at $4.4 million on Aug. 3. The grant documents that award but does not establish that he received the full annual target.
