As per the report by QSR Media Asia, It was initially introduced exclusively in Australia last year. Hungry Jack's is reintroducing the Biscoff Storm and Shake on July 16.
Last year, the burger chain exclusively introduced the Biscoff® Storm and Shake in Australia, immediately garnering a devoted following for the desserts.
The Biscoff ® Storm is a silky, creamy, soft-serve dessert with a caramelized, crunchy flavor. It is topped with Biscoff ® biscuit crumb, allowing you to savor the moment.
The Biscoff® Shake is a delectable beverage that combines a vanilla-flavored shake with Biscoff® topping and crumb. It is a dreamlike experience that is sure to satisfy.
“We’re constantly listening to our customers and are excited for the desserts’ return, that we know are crowd pleasers and eagerly awaited. The Biscoff® Storm and Shake are available nationwide at all Hungry Jack’s restaurants and via the Hungry Jack’s App.
Hungry Jack's Raises $2.3 Million for Make-A-Wish Australia, Supporting Critically Ill Children
Make-A-Wish Australia has received $2.3 million from Hungry Jack's annual fundraising campaign, according to Mumbrella.
Last year, the children's charity granted over 900 experiences, gifts, and meet-and-greets to critically unwell children, granting them life-changing wishes.
The fast-food giant and Make-A-Wish Australia partnership commenced in 2017 and has raised more than $7 million since then.
Chris Green, CEO of Hungry Jack, stated that the team, consumers, suppliers, and franchisees have once again demonstrated extraordinary support, which is a testament to the work of Make-A-Wish Australia.
“Every star sold represents a beacon of hope for the children and families supported by Make-A-Wish Australia. We are immensely proud of what we have accomplished together,” he said.
“Hungry Jack’s is proud to continue to support Make-A-Wish Australia through the past four years of this incredible campaign and over the years have helped to raise more than $7 million for critically ill kids.”
From June 4 to July 1, 2024, Hungry Jack's patrons could purchase Wishmaker stars for $2, $5, or $10 as part of the fundraising campaign.
Sally Bateman, CEO of Make-A-Wish Australia, underscored the substantial influence the funds raised will have.
“With rising costs, record new applications coming into the program, and more than 900 critically ill kids on their Wish Journey right now, this support is more crucial than ever,” she said.
“We are so grateful for the remarkable generosity of the Australian community and the unwavering support of the Hungry Jack’s team who have made this fundraiser such a success.”
The funds were collected from all 464 of Hungry Jack's restaurants in Australia.
