Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. won board approval for a larger share-buyback ceiling and a later end date, leaving about $72 million available for purchases under the $100 million program.

The authorization increased from $30 million, and its previous end date of Dec. 5, 2026, has been replaced. The remaining amount is available capacity under the program, not a statement that the company has spent $100 million.

The board’s approval allows purchases on the open market or through private deals. The company will determine whether to buy and how many shares in light of the share price and market conditions.

HYPE, Hyperliquid’s native token, is among the assets the company holds in treasury. A prior acquisition left its reported HYPE position at 38.83 million tokens. The program is scheduled to run through Oct. 31, 2027.
