(BMV:ICA) (NYSE:ICA), the largest infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, confirmed today the payment of a Ps. 600 million loan granted by Arrendadora Value, S.A., SOFOM ER by means of selling OMA B shares that had been pledged to secure the loan. To date, 6,814,578 OMA B shares have been sold in order to pay the loan.
