Four Indian companies are scheduled to hold board meetings Monday, Nov. 2, to consider September-quarter results, making the exchange calendar a guide to review dates rather than confirmed earnings-release times.
The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) calendar names ITC Limited, Marico Limited, Escorts Kubota Limited and National Aluminium Company Limited for results-related meetings. Their agendas concern the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, the second quarter of fiscal 2026-27. The notices set dates for board consideration; they do not specify when results will become public.
Marico's filing puts the quarter and six-month period ended Sept. 30 on the agenda, with unaudited figures to be considered on standalone and consolidated bases. National Aluminium Company's NSE entry covers the quarter and half year and pairs financial results with a dividend matter. It does not give a dividend amount.
Five other companies on the NSE calendar are Petronet LNG, PTC India, Thomas Cook (India), TV Today Network and Wonderla Holidays. Their entries also concern results-related meetings, rather than confirmed release times.
Published counts for the day's schedule differ across services. NDTV Profit estimated that about 215 companies were scheduled to report on Nov. 2 and said its 100-company article selected names from that larger group. ResultsIQ lists 150 companies, while Plenitude shows 151.
EconoTimes previously covered five Indian companies, including Paytm and Tata Consumer Products, with Q2 review meetings in an earlier roundup of board reviews. That article concerned a separate meeting date.
The Nov. 2 meetings are the next scheduled step in the filings. The notices establish what the boards are set to consider, but leave the publication timing of any results unspecified.
