Five Indian companies, including One 97 Communications (Paytm) and Tata Consumer Products, have board meetings scheduled for Monday to consider second-quarter results, setting review dates without disclosing when earnings will be released.

The two companies’ notices cover unaudited results on standalone and consolidated bases for the quarter and first half ending Sept. 30. National Stock Exchange of India filings list Oct. 26 financial-results meetings for Mankind Pharma, REC and ITC Hotels. The notices set agenda items; they do not report earnings or confirm what the boards decided.

One 97 Communications scheduled a call with investors and analysts for Oct. 27, from 6:15 to 7 a.m. EDT (10:15-11:00 UTC), to discuss its results.

Published reports gave different totals for the day’s schedule. Mint put the count at 90 in its headline, while its list contains 80 names. ET Now reported 55 companies in one article. A second ET Now article used “80+” in its headline, gave 90 in its dek and highlights, said “more than 90” in the body and listed 90 entries.

Separate board reviews by Coal India, Bharat Electronics and Indraprastha Gas are scheduled for Oct. 29-30, as outlined in EconoTimes’ earlier Q2 calendar.
