(Nasdaq:ICHR) (“Ichor”) announced today the pricing of its underwritten initial public offering of 5,877,778 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $9.00 per share. The shares will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on December 9, 2016 under the ticker symbol “ICHR.” In connection with this offering, we have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 881,667 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
