INCAP INDIA ADOPTS A SCHOOL AS PART OF THE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
While the net profit of Incap Corporation's subsidiary in India, Incap Contact Manufacturing Services Private Limited, has exceeded a certain level, the company was in line with the local Companies Act 2013 requested to constitute a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and to spend at least 2% of the average net profits of the company made during the three immediately preceding financial years to the CSR activities.
The CSR Committee of Incap has identified a suitable CSR activity and the Board of Incap India has resolved to contribute to the School Development Monitoring Committee. The Committee is in charge of the development of Government schools in rural areas including among others the construction of class rooms, computer labs, science labs, libraries and reading rooms in the Government Schools in Maskal in the area of Tumkur Taluk, Karnataka, India.
