The Indian Embassy in Riyadh told Indian nationals to check with airlines before going to the airport, as limited India-bound Flynas service resumed in the city, Gulf News reported.
The Oct. 27 notice listed limited Flynas service from Riyadh, along with India-bound flights by Saudi carriers departing Dammam, Jeddah and Medina. It urged passengers to verify their bookings with airlines.
Gulf News also reported the Indian Consulate General in Jeddah was helping nationals affected by cancellations, including Umrah pilgrims facing departure delays. Community volunteers were arranging food, medicine and other urgent supplies where possible. The consulate was discussing longer stays, visa validity, refunds and alternate journeys with Saudi authorities, Indian airlines and Umrah providers.
The two missions said they would keep working with authorities and airlines to help affected Indian nationals return.
