Infosys Limited's Oct. 23 earnings report will test its full-year growth outlook as the Indian technology services company's board also weighs an interim dividend for shareholders.

The company has scheduled its fiscal second-quarter results release for about 6:15 a.m. ET (10:15 UTC) on Oct. 23. Directors will review the results for approval at its Oct. 22-23 board meeting, where they will consider an interim dividend. The board filing specifies neither a proposed payout nor a record date.

The results will show how Infosys is progressing against targets set after its June quarter. For the three months ended June 30, the company reported $5.082 billion in revenue, 1.0% sequential growth in constant currency and a 21.1% operating margin. Its fiscal 2027 forecast calls for constant-currency revenue growth of 1.5% to 3.0% and an operating margin of 20% to 22%.

Nuvama Institutional Equities expects Infosys to lower its fiscal 2027 revenue growth forecast to 1.0% to 2.5%. The brokerage projects 1.7% sequential revenue growth in constant currency and about 30 basis points of sequential margin expansion, Mint and Financial Express reported. Mint separately reported that InCred Equities forecasts 1.9% sequential constant-currency revenue growth for the September quarter.

Infosys paid ₹48 per share in dividends for fiscal 2026, comprising a ₹23 interim payment and a ₹25 final payment. That exceeded the ₹43 per share paid for fiscal 2025. StockAnalysis displayed a ₹1,168 share price at 5:59 a.m. ET (09:59 UTC) on Oct. 21 using S&P Global Market Intelligence data. Dividing the fiscal 2026 payout by that price gives a historical yield of about 4.1%; it does not indicate the pending dividend.

Its investor FAQ says Infosys typically announces an interim dividend alongside October results. Its capital allocation policy aims to distribute about 85% of cumulative free cash flow over five years through dividends, buybacks or special dividends, subject to approvals.

After the results release, Infosys plans a press conference at 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC) and an earnings call at 8:30 a.m. ET (12:30 UTC) on Oct. 23.
