Since Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes were first spotted out in public as a couple, reports and downright rumors about their relationship have not stopped spreading online. For one, the singer-actor was accused of cheating, which recent reports said is not true.
The website Gossip Cop, which rates celebrity rumors as either fact or fiction, reported over the weekend that a previous article from In Touch claiming that Foxx was flirting with a different woman recently has no factual basis. Gossip Cop argues that other than publishing statements from their “supposed insider,” In Touch does not really have any hard evidence to support to support Foxx’s alleged betrayal of Holmes.
In Touch’s report was published shortly after Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were seen going out for a dinner date in Tao in New York City. In Touch proceeded to claim that Foxx went to the restaurant Catch in New York without Holmes where he cozied up with a “young blonde.”
For some reason, tabloids have been targeting Holmes and Foxx with breakup rumors. In late June, Holmes’ publicist was forced to speak up and dismiss another rumor saying it is very hard for the actress to trust Foxx, which led to them parting ways. Again, this report is not true. Leslie Sloane told PEOPLE, on behalf of Katie Holmes, that the “trust issues” story published by Radar Online “is 100 percent untrue.”
Rumblings that they started going out together really started way back in 2013 — over a year since her divorce from Tom Cruise had been finalized. Speculations of them dating were ignited when they were reportedly seen dancing together while attending a charity event.
Foxx denied dating rumors on several occasions despite photos appearing of them going out together. Then, in September 2017, reports about Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s relationship took off after they were spotted walking hand in hand at a Malibu beach.
