A lot of things are going to happen in the new episode of the hit TV series ‘Jane the Virgin’. With last week’s episode circling around the rekindled relationship of Jane and Michael, many fans are curious as to how this will affect Rafael and if this relationship of theirs will finally last long. So, to answer a few of these questions let us all discuss the spoilers for next week’s episode entitled “Chapter Thirty-Six”.
In "Chapter Thirty-Six," Hollywood Hills reports that Rafael's playboy days are back after getting rejected by Jane (Gina Rodriguez) last episode. Baby Mateo's mom realized that she's still in love with her former fiancé Michael (Brett Dier).
After what felt like years of Michael’s disappearance, Jane sees him and all feelings rushed backed in which eventually confused her. She has just gotten over her short fling with her professor, Jonathan (guest star Adam Rodriguez). During Michael's absence, a lot has happened in her love life. Jane even considered spending the rest of her life with her baby's father. In the end, though, she realized that her feelings for him have changed. She told Rafael that they are better off as supportive parents to Mateo.
This has broken Rafael’s heart really badly which may result to Rafael going back to his old playboy days. Even Petra who is in a lot of pain these days because of carrying twins knows how this will affect Rafael. The expecting mother knows how much Rafael adores Jane. She knows that bringing his old ways of womanizing is Rafael's way to cope with his pain. But will she still be as understanding when she goes into labor?
And speaking of Petra, she will be asking for Jane’s assistance which Jane gladly obliges. And as they were in a bookstore, Petra goes into labor. The teaser ends with Jane ushering Petra out of the store and into the hospital.
Watch out how next week’s episode will turn out as "Jane the Virgin" season 2 airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
