Japan’s Ministry of Finance (MOF) has set a Monday, Nov. 9, auction for about ¥3 trillion in Treasury Discount Bills, establishing the planned sale terms for securities due to mature May 10, 2027.

Issuance is scheduled for Nov. 10. If the plan changes, the MOF will publish the new size on Nov. 8.

The notice follows the ministry’s plan for a ¥3.1 trillion auction on Nov. 6; the bills from that sale are due Feb. 15, 2027.
