Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are working together for a new TV show on Apple TV titled “The Morning Show.” The upcoming drama has yet to premiere this fall but there were reports that the two stars have been fighting on the set.
Life & Style magazine (via Gossip Cop) reported that Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are at odds and everyone can see and feel their animosity for each other. The actresses are launching a new show and they have been filming for some time now and on the set, it was said that the two can’t hide the fact that they are at odds.
“It’s no secret that Reese is a bit of a control freak, and as per usual, she’s taking charge,” the source allegedly told the tabloid. “Jen can’t stand it, though. She and Reese not only share top billing, but they’re also co-executive producers.”
It was added that what was causing the feud was Witherspoon’s behavior as she has been “acting more like Jen’s boss than her colleague.” The source went on to say, “It’s pretty clear to everyone on that set, from the cast to the crew, that Jen’s miserable and feels like her voice is being stifled.”
However, this is a false story and Gossip Cop is debunking this for some reasons. For one, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon have a solid friendship that was built from years of being together. In fact, E! News published an article that highlighted the actresses’ friendship and even calling it a “sweet” friendship.
Moreover, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon recently appeared together to promote their upcoming web drama that will be released on Apple TV Plus. Speaking to the press and guest at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California, the pair said that they are proud and excited to be part of Apple TV’s launch.
As can be seen in the photos, there's not the slightest sign that Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are at odds, thus the “feuding” rumor is definitely false. Brad Pitt’s ex’s spokesperson also denied that the actress has an issue with Reese Witherspoon.
