Jio Platforms Limited's IPO applicants can check allocations through the registrar and exchange portals as the offer moves toward scheduled share credits and a planned Oct. 28 listing.
KFin Technologies' status portal provides the registrar's allotment lookup. The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) verification page accepts a PAN or application number and can display allotment details supplied by the registrar; BSE also offers an online IPO application-status page.
NSE lists bids at ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share, with a minimum application of 12 shares. A 12-share bid at the highest price totals ₹13,428. Jio Platforms is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries. Its draft offer document says net proceeds are intended to repay selected borrowings at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., its material subsidiary, and support general corporate purposes.
The prospectus published on the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) website sets out an indicative timetable. Successful applicants are scheduled to receive shares Tuesday, Oct. 27, while blocked funds for unsuccessful bids are due to be released the same day. The update follows EconoTimes' earlier coverage of the allotment timetable and status-check options. Trading on the NSE and BSE is scheduled to begin Wednesday, Oct. 28.
