Yuji is facing more threats, other than Geto, in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134. The manga’s latest installment may have provided several hints at the persecution Yuji would face due to the actions of Sukuna throughout the Shibuya Incident.
‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ chapter 134 spoilers, plot predictions
With Todo’s support, Yuji was able to land the final blow on Mahito in previous chapters. However, he is still under threat after Geto showed up. While Geto already made some moves in the latest chapter suggesting another fight is happening in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134, some fans believe there could be other possible events.
Chapter 133’s last page showed Geto saying, “Let us discuss the world to come.” And some readers speculate he could be talking about the ramifications of the Shibuya Incident, particularly how it will affect Yuji. It is then believed that Geto might end up trying to convince Yuji to go with him in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134 since the jujutsu world is almost certainly pushing for his persecution considering what Sukuna did.
Sukuna momentarily took over Yuji’s body where the latter totally lost control. Sukuna killed some characters and also made an area of significant size collapse leading to immense damages in Shibuya. It is also worth noting that Gojo has been sealed. One of the reasons Yuji’s execution has been deferred was because of his mentor and the argument that if Yuji loses control over Sukuna, Gojo can stop him.
As Mei Mei suggested in chapter 133, these events will affect Japan on a national scale and the jujutsu world is most likely going to be blamed for everything. The higher-ups of the jujutsu world, in turn, would have to also blame it on someone. This then offers them a good chance to push for Yuji’s execution in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134 or in future installments.
Fans are then expecting that the Shibuya Incident could lead to a new arc that would use politically-charged themes to subject Yuji to the biggest challenges ever. This could the “world to come” that Geto is wanting to discuss with Yuji in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134.
‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ chapter 134 release date, where to read
With not much to fall back on in the jujutsu world, and with Gojo’s location uncertain, Yuji could be forced to submit to Geto’s demands in “Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134. But that is just one possibility for the first chapter of 2021.
“Jujutsu Kaisen” chapter 134 will not be released until Sunday, Jan. 3. Fans can read the latest installment for free through official channels Manga Plus and Viz Media.
