Jyske Bank spent about DKK 58.9 million buying back 56,352 shares from Oct. 19 through Oct. 23, adding to a repurchase program with a DKK 3 billion ceiling.

The bank's transaction table showed daily purchases ranging from 10,850 shares on Oct. 21 to 11,635 on Oct. 23. Average prices during the week ranged from DKK 1,027.11 to DKK 1,058.01 per share.

Cumulative purchases under the program now total 2,292,311 shares, with a reported value of DKK 2,212,791,401 and an average price of DKK 965.31 per share, Jyske Bank said in its Oct. 26 announcement.

Once the transactions settle, the bank expects to hold 2,292,311 treasury shares. That would equal 3.94% of its share capital, with customer investments and shares held for trading left out of the calculation.

Jyske Bank opened the buying period on Feb. 5, 2026, and set Jan. 29, 2027, as its latest possible end date. The bank plans to acquire shares worth up to DKK 3 billion during the period.
