The fast-food industry is gearing up for a new wave of competition, and this summer, it's all about the "Value Meal Wars." Just when it seemed that the frenzy of value meal deals had peaked, the industry was stepping up again, with KFC leading the charge by expanding its popular Taste of KFC Deals.
KFC has announced an enhancement to its $5 Value Menu, offering customers a more comprehensive range of meal choices without compromising value. Starting on August 12, 2024, the Taste of KFC menu now includes three new $5 deals, ensuring everyone can enjoy a satisfying meal at an affordable price. The new options include:
KFC Chicken Nuggets: Eight hand-breaded chicken nuggets made with KFC’s Original Recipe, paired with Secret Recipe Fries and two dipping sauces of choice.

Famous Bowl with KFC Chicken Nuggets: A fresh take on the classic Famous Bowl featuring creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn, KFC’s 100% white meat chicken nuggets, home-style gravy, and a three-cheese blend.

Two-Piece Drum & Thigh: Two pieces of crispy drum and thigh fried chicken, served with creamy mashed potatoes topped with gravy and a buttery biscuit.
Nick Chavez, KFC U.S.'s CMO, expressed pride in expanding the company’s value offerings, especially with fan-favorite items like nuggets and Famous Bowls, all available for just $5.
KFC continues to deliver value with its “$10 Tuesdays” deal, where customers can get an eight-piece bucket of fried chicken for just ten dollars. The “$20 Family Deal” is also famous for larger groups, offering six pieces of chicken, four single sides, and four biscuits.

KFC Offers 50% Off Chicken Sandwiches Online as New Saucy Nuggets Heat Up the Menu
KFC also offers a 50% discount on chicken sandwiches ordered online through its website or app. However, prices and availability may vary by location.
