Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx went on their separate ways last year. Just a few months after making their relationship public official when they appeared together at the Met Gala red carpet, the two were reported to have called it quits.
Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were together for almost six years. It was a long time that many people think they would get marry.
However, they decided to split, and allegedly, the problem was the actor’s womanizing issue. Although the couple did not publicly confirm their split, they have not been spotted together since June 2019, so it could only mean one thing - that they have broken up.
Katie’s reaction to the breakup
Now, NW Magazine claimed that Suri Cruise’s mom had a hard time dealing with the breakup. The “Dawson’s Creek” actress was said to be very heartbroken that she can’t even eat. She was said to be starving herself, and people around her are worried.
Based on the report, Katie Holmes’ weight dropped to a mere 42 kg, which left her looking dangerously thin. The actress was curvy before but post-split, she looks sick with her shrunken body due to weight loss.
It was reported that Katie Holmes felt more distraught after learning that Jamie Foxx already moved on and even spent time with more than 30 women on his first weekend since their split. It was suggested that this reality made her lose her appetite and lost 20 pounds.
"The weight's melting off her, poor thing, but she's at risk of losing even more,” the unnamed source told the tabloid. “Her clothes are just falling off her and food is the last thing on her mind."
Katie Holmes’ family now fears for her health because of the way she has been dealing with the breakup. She did not only shed those pounds but the actress was said to have lost her self-esteem as well.
“Stress and heartbreak are playing havoc on her physically and right now she just feels too sick to eat,” the tipster went on to say. “Katie can't be taking in more than 500 calories a day if that."
The truth
Gossip Cop stated that this narrative from NW Magazine is false and calling it a “fake.” This was the publication’s conclusion after doing some research and contacting Katie Holmes’ representative to directly confirm if the story is true or not.
Her spokesperson clearly stated that this is a false report and the actress is not starving herself at all. She is healthy and living a good life with her daughter Suri Cruise.
