Kraft Heinz agreed to sell its North American coffee unit to One Rock Capital Partners, valuing the business at $650 million in enterprise value. The company plans to use $500 million in after-tax cash proceeds to reduce debt and will retain a 30% noncontrolling stake.

Maxwell House and Gevalia are among the brands in the portfolio. Kraft Heinz expects the transaction to close in mid-2027. It described the divestment as a way to direct resources toward growth opportunities.

Third-quarter results exceeded expectations, and Kraft Heinz lifted its 2026 outlook. The company now expects organic net sales to fall between 0.5% and 1.25%; its second-quarter report had projected a decline of as much as 2%.
