After reporting stronger third-quarter results, Labcorp raised its 2026 revenue-growth range and finalized the Millennium Health acquisition Nov. 4.

Labcorp’s third-quarter revenue was $3.81 billion; a year earlier, it was $3.56 billion. On an adjusted basis, earnings per share were $4.78, up 14.5% from $4.18.

The company now sees 2026 revenue growth of 5.9% to 6.7%, up from its July range of 5.4% to 6.3%. It also raised adjusted EPS guidance to $18.30 to $18.70 from $18.10 to $18.55.

Chairman and CEO Adam Schechter said 7% revenue growth, margin expansion and 14.5% adjusted EPS growth contributed to the higher full-year outlook. Labcorp signed three acquisition agreements after Sept. 30: Millennium Health, selected BioReference Health assets and Myriad Genetics' prenatal testing business. The Millennium transaction has now closed.
