TUCSON, Ariz., March 08, 2016 -- Learning A-Z®, a leading provider of PreK–6 literacy-focused products and a division of Cambium Learning® Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has enhanced its Science A-Z product by adding new eResources that students access online, as well as other upgrades for teachers.
Science A-Z is a dynamic online resource that integrates science and reading into one curriculum. New online and mobile formats of Science A-Z unit content—including Nonfiction Books, FOCUS Books, Career Files, Science Diagrams, Multimedia Files, and Comprehension Quizzes—allow students to access developmentally appropriate resources independently or complete teacher-created assignments any time. Resources are available online through the Kids A-Z eLearning portal or via a mobile device through the Kids A-Z mobile app. Additional features include new digital reporting tools for teachers and a newly designed website with optimized navigation.
“Science A-Z’s new interactive eResources allow students to engage with scientific content like never before,” said Bob Holl, president and cofounder of Learning A-Z. “This new access provides teachers more instructional flexibility and improves the school-to-home connection. These new enhancements strengthen our enlightened approach to literacy by allowing kids to think and act like scientists in a whole new way.”
As they were previously, Science A-Z resources are also available in printable and projectable formats. The product also includes an array of hands-on experiments and activities that require only common household items to put science into practice.
Learning A-Z is committed to providing high-quality products that empower teachers to improve learning through an enlightened approach to literacy. To learn more about Science A-Z’s comprehensive instructional tools and student resources, visit www.sciencea-z.com.
