A separate pre-IPO contract market gives traders leveraged exposure to Anthropic’s proposed Class A stock while the company’s offering terms remain open ahead of its proposed Nasdaq IPO.

The registration statement proposes listing Anthropic Class A shares on Nasdaq under ANT. The filing says Anthropic shares had no public trading market and does not yet specify the offering size or price range.

Market discussions have valued Anthropic at roughly $1.5 trillion, following estimates as high as $2 trillion; neither figure determines the IPO terms.

Two leveraged ETFs targeting Anthropic shares are the subject of separate filings. Those ETF filings are distinct from a pre-IPO perpetual market that references the proposed Class A stock and provides leveraged exposure to its price. Participants in that market do not gain ownership of Anthropic shares or an allocation in the IPO.

No final offer price or listing date has been set.
