Anton Lundell scored three goals as the Florida Panthers beat the Winnipeg Jets 5-2 on Friday, Oct. 30, for their sixth victory in eight games, ESPN reported.

The Panthers played at Amerant Bank Arena before 19,656 spectators, the largest attendance among the three games, according to ESPN's scoreboard. Florida's record stood at 8-4-2, while Winnipeg's was 4-7-3.

Jones contributed both a goal and assists in a game Florida finished with a three-goal margin. His two assists accompanied the scoring contribution from Lundell, who was the only player credited with a hat trick in the three game accounts.

Matt Coronato scored a goal and supplied three assists as Calgary beat Seattle at Scotiabank Saddledome. His four points were a career high, and his assists accounted for three of those points.

Calgary scored six times, the highest total in the three completed games. Its four-goal winning margin was one goal wider than the margins recorded by Florida and New Jersey.

The Flames played before an attendance of 16,944 and finished with a 6-7-0 record. Seattle's record stood at 8-5-1 after the defeat, in which the Kraken scored twice.
