“MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14 will be dealing with a rather peculiar case involving a highly wanted terrorist, his daughter, and a grand wedding. Underneath all of these, however, is a far more serious development for the series moving forward, CarterMatt reported.
Here’s the synopsis of “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14. “An international crime boss offers Matty a deal she can’t refuse – he’ll surrender himself into her custody if he’s allowed to return to the United States to watch his daughter walk down the aisle. MacGyver and team crash the wedding to ensure the crime lord doesn’t run, only to discover they’re not the only ones lying in wait at the event.”
The underlying tension that is brewing beneath “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14 is the possible death of Jack (George Eads). In the trailer of the upcoming release, it’s been revealed that Jack will “lead the hunt” and that his mission is “open-ended.”
Although the writers can opt to write out Jack in a different way, a possible death his still on the table. This is especially true given that “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14 is dealing with a dangerous antagonist. Whatever the case, it seems that this will be Eads last appearance in the show.
It can be recalled that tension rose in the series’ set last October when an altercation broke out between Eads and an unnamed individual. The incident apparently caused quite the stir in production as the altercation happened when they were still several hours left for filming, Cinema Blend reported. After the spat, CBS didn’t immediately let go of Eads and allowed him to return. Now, “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14 is set to say goodbye to Eads and his character.
For his part, Eads did say that his reason for leaving the show is due to family concerns. The actor said that he wanted to spend more time with his daughter. And given that the series is being filmed in Atlanta, Eads doesn’t have the luxury to visit his family back in Los Angles as much as he wants. Hopefully, “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 14 will be sending jack off in a memorable way as he’s been an integral piece in the series’ popularity. Fans should be ready for an emotional rollercoaster in this episode when it’s released on Feb. 1.
