A MarketSmith India-authored note hosted by Mint set targets for Apollo Micro Systems Limited and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. over a two-to-three-month period, tying the calls to distinct growth drivers and risks.

The note lists an entry range of ₹407 to ₹413 for Apollo, with a ₹480 target and a ₹390 stop-loss level. For Dr. Reddy’s, it gives an entry range of ₹1,297 to ₹1,317, a ₹1,500 target and a ₹1,220 stop-loss. The article says the calls reflect the analysts’ views, not Mint’s.

For Apollo, the note points to order-book growth and India’s defense indigenization efforts. It also identifies reliance on government contracts, possible tender or budget changes, working-capital needs, debt-funded expansion and execution as risks. For Dr. Reddy’s, it cites the global generics business and biosimilar and specialty portfolio, while listing U.S. generic-drug pricing pressure, launch dependence, and regulatory, patent and approval risks.

The calls followed a rebound in Indian shares on Oct. 26. The Sensex gained 482.92 points, or 0.66%, to 73,606.75, while the Nifty 50 rose 153.20 points, or 0.68%, to 22,753.20. Business Standard and Financial Express reported that both indexes ended four-session losing streaks.

Apollo’s Oct. 24 exchange filings reported Q2 FY27 revenue from operations of ₹388.15 crore, up 72.3% year over year, and net profit of ₹46.15 crore, up 53.7%. Its investor presentation put the order book at ₹1,765 crore as of Sept. 30, 2026.

An Oct. 23 results release filed by Dr. Reddy’s with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reported consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹86,708 million, down 1.5% from a year earlier. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was ₹17,828 million, or 20.6% of revenue, while North America revenue fell 23% to ₹24,890 million. Co-chairman and managing director G V Prasad said the company’s base business grew at a double-digit rate and its quarterly EBITDA margin exceeded 20%.
