Mint reported two MarketSmith India stock picks for Oct. 26, with entry ranges, targets and stop-loss levels, while its separate market recap said Indian indexes rose that day.

Mint's recap said the Nifty 50 gained 0.68% and the Sensex rose 0.66%. The recommendation article put the previous session, Oct. 23, at 22,600 for the Nifty after a 0.39% drop and 73,123.83 for the Sensex after a 0.17% decline. The contributor article appeared before Oct. 26 trading began and carried a MarketSmith India byline. It also described crude oil as nearing $114 a barrel and cited foreign flows and quarterly earnings as indicators to watch.

For Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited, Mint reported an entry range of ₹6,970 to ₹7,075, a target of ₹8,200 over two to three months and a stop-loss of ₹6,500. The analysis pointed to demand for specialty films, investments in production capacity and bringing more stages of production in-house. It also cited exports and a shift toward higher-value products. The risks it flagged included competition, changing input costs, currency moves, trade restrictions and reliance on overseas markets.

For Nazara Technologies Limited, Mint gave an entry range of ₹398 to ₹404, a target of ₹480 over two to three months and a stop-loss of ₹373. The article connected its case to gaming properties including Kiddopia, Fusebox Games and Animal Jam, acquisitions and improving monetization. It cited platform policy changes and player preferences, along with the execution, capital-allocation and integration work associated with acquisitions, as risks.

A National Stock Exchange of India filing dated Oct. 19 said Nazara's board was scheduled to consider unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept. 30 at a meeting on Oct. 26.

EconoTimes previously covered a similar Mint report on MarketSmith India calls for Indian Hotels and ICICI Bank.
