		the Gulf War. Since retiring from the Army, in his private tele-medicine practice,
		he has treated patients with a range of serious health conditions, including those
		with PTSD, with cannabidiol (CBD) and become an in-demand expert on the
		endocannabinoid system. He will be speaking on the effects of CBD for PTSD
		victims based on his treatment system.

		In-person interviews in New York for Dr. Blair may be scheduled from June 14-
