Former First Lady Michelle Obama knows it’s a bit hard to stick to one’s New Year’s resolutions especially the fitness goals part. For those who want some motivation to stay with their workout routines, Mrs. Obama is sharing her favorite workout playlist.
Michelle Obama shared her go-to workout songs for those who want to know what songs she listens to as she sweats out those extra calories away. “It's about that time when New Year's resolutions get a bit harder to stick to,” the former FLOTUS wrote on Twitter, as reported by CNN. “To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you.”
The selection of songs has been tried and tested by Michelle Obama herself. “These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts,” she added. “What's on your playlist?”
There are a total of 38 songs in the playlist shared by Michelle Obama. The selection features different artists such as Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Nipsey Hussle, Lizzo, and Kirk Franklin. The songs on the list also belong to a diverse range of genres including rap, R&B, and AfroWave.
