EFFINGHAM, Ill., Feb. 06, 2018 -- Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSBI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, an increase of 10% from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on or about February 23, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2018.
