Mizuho Financial Group has announced that it would be sponsoring Japan’s first blockchain co-working space, Neutrino.
Established by Omise Japan, Neutrino aims to foster blockchain ecosystem in Japan by advancing research into operational streamlining using blockchain technology and developing businesses that leverage the technology. It is located in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward.

“In addition to sponsoring Neutrino, Mizuho will be a long–term tenant of the coworking space, and we look forward to finding applications for blockchain technology and being able to develop new business areas together with the wide variety of sponsors, members, and other specialists Neutrino plans to attract,” Mizuho said in its official announcement.
“We believe that this project and these interactions will bring us one step closer to developing commercial applications for blockchain technology.”
Neutrino will provide a place to discuss the practical use cases of blockchain technology with sponsor companies, tenant members and experts. It aims to cooperate and cooperate with diverse entities to connect blockchain technology to real business.
