DEERFIELD, Ill., May 17, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of Mondelēz International, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share of Class A common stock. This dividend is payable on July 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
