ATLANTA, GA., Feb. 2, 2016 -- Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) joins Women With Heart (WWH) as the organization presents the 2016 Women's Healthy Heart Week, February 2 – 5, 2016. WWH is an Atlanta-based organization of civic-minded women that philanthropically supports Morehouse School of Medicine and the school's mission of training health care professionals to meet the primary care needs of Georgia and the nation. Again this year, WWH will host both a Men's Breakfast and Women's Luncheon fundraiser, and conclude the week's events with a community health fair and National Wear Red Day.
Now in its seventh year, the Women's Healthy Heart Week events include:

Established in 2009, WWH supports MSM and its students by raising funds for student scholarships and by promoting the value of the institution throughout the greater Atlanta community and the state of Georgia. Central to Women With Heart's mission is a long-standing commitment to elevating awareness of heart health and cardiovascular disease, while bridging the gap of health inequities, particularly among underserved populations throughout Atlanta.
