There are still a lot of mysteries surrounding the events of “My Hero Academia” that need to be resolved, and Dabi’s true identity is one of them. A lot of readers have already concluded that the wielder of the blue flame is a Todoroki and it would seem that the author knows this. It could be why he is drawing out the revelation for as long as possible in an act of excellent trolling. As for “My Hero Academia” Chapter 232, there have been speculations that Hawks will join the fight.

After all, this is the same person who is leading the Quirk Liberation Army, and that position is not granted to just anyone. As such, Twice going up to him in person might just be a really stupid thing to do.

Specifically, the author will likely keep throwing out bits and pieces of who he is in the upcoming chapter and what he can do. It’s like he is intentionally holding information back in order to torment readers who already know but are not completely sure.
On that note, another aspect to the current arc is the matter of Hawks and his involvement with the League of Villains. As a double agent, it is his job to convince Dabi and the rest that he can be trusted. He would appear to have already taken out Best Jeanist. So it would not be that much of a stretch to assume that he will be in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 232.
If so, he would be joining the fight against the QLA, thus giving the league more fighting power. Fans will find out if this is the case when “My Hero Academia” Chapter 232 comes out on June 16.
