Press Trust of India (PTI), citing Myntra Designs Private Limited’s FY26 filing with India’s Registrar of Companies, reported operating revenue of ₹5,242.5 crore for the year ended March 2026. That was 13.5% below the ₹6,063.8 crore FY25 comparator in the report. The figures are for Myntra on a standalone basis.

Logistics and shipping revenue was ₹1,119.2 crore, compared with ₹2,390.5 crore a year earlier, PTI reported. The 53.2% decline amounted to ₹1,271.3 crore, exceeding the ₹821.3 crore reduction in overall operating revenue. Revenue excluding logistics and shipping rose 12% to ₹4,123.3 crore from ₹3,673.3 crore.

Advertising services generated ₹1,236.4 crore, up from ₹914.5 crore, a 35.2% increase. Marketplace and collection services brought in ₹2,657.3 crore, compared with ₹2,580.2 crore, up 3%. Other operating revenue reached ₹229.6 crore versus ₹178.6 crore, a 28.6% rise.

Together, the three non-logistics categories added ₹450 crore from FY25, based on the reported figures. Advertising contributed ₹321.9 crore of that increase; marketplace and collection services added ₹77.1 crore, and other operating revenue added ₹51 crore. Their combined growth did not make up for the decline in logistics and shipping receipts.

Myntra’s standalone figures have a different scope from Flipkart’s group results. Flipkart said the group’s overall performance should be assessed using consolidated accounts filed by Flipkart Internet Private Limited. It described those results for the year ended March 2026 as a record of past performance, rather than an update on current trading.

Myntra’s FY25 audited consolidated statements describe marketplace services as earning transaction fees from sellers and logistics services as including warehousing and shipping. Those earlier disclosures define the revenue categories but do not explain the FY26 decline.
