NBCC (India) Limited reported an approximate Rs 51.91 billion value for apartments auctioned at New Delhi's Avenue Towers, with the company due a 1% marketing fee on the sale.
The offering covered about 880,000 square feet at the property on Africa Avenue Marg in Sarojini Nagar. NBCC's exchange filing put the total at approximately Rs 5,191 crore, equivalent to Rs 51.91 billion, and set the company's marketing fee at 1% of the reported value. Applying that rate gives an estimated fee of about Rs 519.1 million, or Rs 51.91 crore.
An application document identifies NBCC as representing India's Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs in the offering and describes the apartments as freehold property.
The company's board is scheduled to meet Thursday, Nov. 5. Its agenda includes consideration of unaudited results on standalone and consolidated bases for the three- and six-month periods through Sept. 30, 2026. Directors may also consider declaring a second interim dividend for fiscal 2026-27.
