Prior to joining NVISION, Desrosiers was Vice President of Marketing, Professional Segment, for Masco Coatings Group—one of the world’s largest manufacturers of brand-name products for home improvement—where she spearheaded Pro product and channel marketing for both the BEHR® and KILZ® brands.
Prior to her work in the Professional segment, Desrosiers developed and drove the marketing communications efforts for the Masco Coatings Group brands as Vice President of Marketing Communications. She built a team of marketers, specialists and agency partners, and grew sales and market share through advertising, media, public relations and consumer engagement, social media, brand, market research and consumer insights.

Desrosiers received her MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA.
