Nokia set a 25% to 30% growth range for 2027 for two businesses in its Network Infrastructure segment, after both posted double-digit sales growth in the third quarter.
Network Infrastructure sales totaled €2.158 billion in the third quarter, up 17% as reported. IP Networks brought in €839 million, up 45% as reported, while Optical Networks sales reached €933 million, a 19% gain. On a constant-currency basis, the two businesses grew 43% and 18%, respectively.
Nokia's third-quarter sales to AI and cloud customers totaled €631 million, a 126% reported increase and 123% on a constant-currency basis; in the year-earlier quarter, sales were €279 million. Order intake from those customers reached €1.5 billion, up 118% year over year.
The 2027 range applies to the two businesses jointly; Nokia gave no individual rate and did not identify the measure for that projection. For 2026, Nokia now sees growth in the pair running somewhat above its earlier 18% to 20% estimate. Its comparable operating-profit forecast for the full year remains in a €2.1 billion to €2.6 billion band.
