FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 7, 2016 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) announced today that its first quarter 2016 financial results will be posted on its investor relations website April 27, 2016. Prior to the market opening, and after the filing of the earnings release on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company will issue an advisory release notifying the public of the availability of the complete and full text earnings release on the company's website at http://investor.northropgrumman.com. The company also plans to file on the same day, immediately after filing its first quarter 2016 Form 10-Q, a Form 8-K to recast the presentation of the consolidated financial statements in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2015 (the "2015 Form 10-K") to reflect the previously announced changes in its organizational structure and reporting segments. The Form 8-K recasts the disclosures in certain portions of the 2015 Form 10-K to reflect these changes in each of the periods presented.
The company's first quarter 2016 conference call will be held at noon Eastern time, Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Wes Bush, chairman, chief executive officer and president, and Ken Bedingfield, chief financial officer, will review first quarter 2016 results.
