(“Novo” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:NVO) (OTCQX:NSRPF) is delighted to welcome Kas De Luca to its team as its Senior Exploration Manager. With a career spanning more than 30 years, including extensive international experience with companies such as Dundee Precious Metals, Placer Dome, KCGM and Goldfields, Ms. De Luca joins the Company most recently from Newcrest Mining Limited, where she held the role of Regional Exploration Manager – Asia Pacific.

The Company also reports that it has granted incentive stock options to certain employees of one of Novo’s wholly-owned subsidiary to purchase up to 1,275,000 common shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before January 30, 2023 at an exercise price of CAD$3.47 per share. The options are subject to certain vesting conditions.
