The Office for National Statistics (ONS) published weighted estimates from its latest UK business survey on Nov. 5, offering a regular snapshot of how firms are navigating economic conditions.
The voluntary Business Insights and Conditions Survey (BICS) gathers responses every two weeks. Its estimates track company finances, workers, prices, trading and resilience. The ONS also published confidence intervals and describes both datasets as official statistics in development.
The release updates earlier estimates from the same business survey. The ONS lists Aug. 5 as the release's previous date and attributes the change to an input error.
The next release is listed for Nov. 19.
