Their presentation will explore the impact of today’s DTC efforts and help identify information gaps by sharing ethnography clips of conversations between real patients and their doctors within the context of actual office visits. Ms. Goss and Ms. Sherman will also discuss ideas about what brands should include in their marketing efforts to better educate and support patients during this difficult journey.
